1. Membership Access

The Joy Nest is a digital membership offered by Jillian Schecher Inc. through The Academy of Joyful Living.

Your membership includes access to live Joy Sessions, mentorship calls, digital resources, replay recordings, and community features.

Access is granted immediately upon purchase and remains active while your membership is in good standing.

2. Payment & Billing

The Joy Nest is billed at $88 CAD per month unless otherwise stated.

Promotional pricing (such as a first-month discount) may apply at checkout.

Your membership renews automatically on a recurring monthly basis unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy below.

By enrolling, you authorize Jillian Schecher Inc. to charge your selected payment method accordingly.

3. Cancellation Policy

The Joy Nest is a monthly membership.

You may cancel at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice to:

support@jillianschecher.com

Your membership will remain active through the end of your billing cycle following notice.

No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

4. Refund Policy

Due to immediate access to digital materials, live calls, and community resources, all payments are non-refundable.

We encourage you to reach out with any questions prior to enrollment to ensure this membership aligns with your needs.

5. Community Standards

The Joy Nest is a respectful and supportive space.

By participating, you agree to:

• Engage respectfully with other members
• Maintain confidentiality of personal shares
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior

Jillian Schecher Inc. reserves the right to remove any member who violates these standards without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within The Joy Nest, including teachings, materials, recordings, frameworks, and The Joy Method™, is the intellectual property of Jillian Schecher Inc.

Content is for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or taught without written permission.

7. Disclaimer

The Joy Nest provides educational and personal development content.

It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

8. Limitation of Liability

By participating in The Joy Nest, you agree that Jillian Schecher Inc. and The Academy of Joyful Living are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your participation.
